Esteban has practiced as a litigator for over 32 years and is consistently recognized—both nationally and internationally—as one of Chile’s leading dispute-resolution attorneys. He has represented numerous Chilean and foreign firms in litigation and arbitration, both domestic and international, across sectors such as construction, energy, corporate law, antitrust and civil liability. He serves as an Arbitrator at the Arbitration & Mediation Center of the Santiago Chamber of Commerce (CAM Santiago).
